Supervision, Installation and Dismantling
EIS provides a full suite of show-related management services to ensure a successful exhibit. Our coordination and supervision services include:

• Exhibit Installation and Dismantling — Our own skilled labor is provided to install and dismantle the exhibit. This service is provided with our supervisor or with your company representative.
• On-site Supervision — Our supervisor will oversee all aspects of installation and dismantling of the exhibit. This includes checking on arrival of crates and equipment, coordination of pre-arranged labor at designated times, coordination with all other show service personnel and verification of outbound shipments.
• Order Forms for Exhibitor Services — We will handle the completion of all forms within the exhibitor’s kit. This includes electrical, telephone, drayage, riggers and equipment, decorators, floral, cleaning, labor, etc. EIS provides periodic updates with the status of this completion and submission.
• Utility layout and coordination — Arrangement for utilities will be handled to ensure an efficient set-up process and avoid unnecessary delays.

Warehousing
Our warehouse facilities provide:

• a pre-staging area for booth materials and machinery that can help avoid unnecessary on-site tradeshow expenses
• transportation for your materials and machinery to the exhibit facility and back again for dismantling after the show is completed
• storage between shows for equipment and machinery
